Bespoke Training and Development

CO3 offers leadership courses which include a unique blend of training elements suited to the requirements of the participants, depending on their aspirations. Courses are organised so as to suit busy executives' schedultes and are set in an atmosphere that is conducive to learning wilst still informal enough to allow networking.

In addition to participants honing and learning essential development skills, they also receive an Award in Leadership accredited qualification on completion of the course.

The Senior Fellows programme is a bespoke training course specifically designed for Third Sector leaders. It provides a comprehensive foundation in the range of skills, knowledge and behaviours required for the demanding role of Chief Executive. It empowers participants to lead their organisation confidently, powerfully and effectively in a fast-changing world.

The programme is divided in three parts: 

1 - Personal Reflection - Participants receive 360-degree feedback and an individual coaching session to support them in interpreting their profile.

2 - The power and influence of the participant's leadership style - The residential provides the opportunity to consider personal case studies and genuine workplace challenges in a safe and confidential space, alongside peers.

3 - Self-reflection and continuing professional development - Following the residential are three bespoke Masterclasses that include practical tools and advice to assist participants on their professional leadership journey. In addition, participants are exposed to a series of conversations with leaders and Chief Executives from a range of sectors, who will offer their insight, experience and approach to leadership.

Leading Edge Programme

The Leading Edge programme is targeted exclusively at Third Sector Senior Managers who wish to develop their existing skills and receive an accredited qualification or who aspire to a Chief Executive position.

The Leading Edge Programme allows participants to:
