As we begin the new year and get over the seasons festivities, my mind turns to the RBS 6 Nations rugby, a tournament in which Ireland over recent years has excelled. The competition is gruelling with each country preparing teams of all shapes and sizes (ability wise), all working to the same goal to be the best that they can be by pulling together and exemplifying the highest level of teamwork.
Peter Drucker stated that "management is doing things right and leadership is doing the right things." So what are the right things? What are the traits and behaviors of the leaders who will collect an award on 25th February at Stormont?
