Collaboration: What are the implications for Trustees?
In today’s ever changing environment, sustainability is a real concern for organisations. One way of becoming more sustainable for any organisation is to become more effective at working in partnership.
During this session we will look at the role of Trustees of organisations in collaborations and the implications this has, ensuring that Trustees are legally protected and are aware of all matters that could arise when your organisation is involved in collaborations, such as assessing the risks and ensuring a Trustees duty of care is carried out and ensuring the good governance of your organisation in that it still fulfilling and furthering your objectives.
CollaborationNI has worked with over 1000 organisations to build effective partnerships. We have developed over 125 legal agreements to underpin collaborations which helps to build relationships, belief in the vision of the partnership, establish good governance arrangement and set out an agreed way forward.
