Creating a new operating model – diversifying income
Recession, budget cuts and the changing local political agenda are just some of the factors driving voluntary and community groups to rethink traditional income sources in response to changing circumstances. With increased competition for grants and donations, many organisations are having to rethink their operating model to ensure survival and to identify and diversify income streams. In this seminar, we will share our experience in supporting organisations adjust their operating models to adapt to a changing and challenging environment.
