Discipline in the workplace has been defined as the means by which supervisory personnel correct behavioural deficiencies and ensure adherence to established company rules. The purpose of discipline is correct behaviour. It is not designed to punish or embarrass an employee.

Aisling Byrne from Cleaver Fulton Rankin will cover the following topics during the course of her presentation:

Aisling Byrne, Associate Director, Cleaver Fulton Rankin

Aisling Byrne is an Associate Director in the Employment Team at CFR and has 19 years’ experience as an Employment Lawyer.  Prior to joining CFR Aisling was Employment Lawyer with Matheson in Dublin.  She is therefore qualified in both Northern Ireland and the Republic of Ireland.  Aisling deals with the full range of Employment Law issues, from contentious Tribunal matters to providing Corporate Employment Law advice.  She is a regular speaker at both internal and external events and lectures at Ulster University on the Masters in Digital Communication Course.
