Intellectual Property (IP) Workshop
Intellectual Property (IP) is an asset. It needs to be valued and protected, however if you do not fully understand IP it may leave you exposed.
A growing number of CO3 members have raised concerns about protecting IP in grant funding applications, contracts and subcontracts, therefore this will be an opportunity to gain a better understanding of:
- What is IP?
- What is its value?
- How can you protect your IP?
- Lessons learnt to date from Third Sector leaders
The workshop will operate under Chatham House Rule.
If you have previously experienced IP issues in either contracts, subcontracts or grants and would in a position to share your lessons learned at the event, please do reach out to firstname.lastname@example.org. The event will operate under Chatham House Rule!
Jenny Ebbage, Partner, Paul Lenehan, Solicitor of Edwards & Co. Solicitors and Joanne Morgan, Director of Community Development Health Network (CDHN) have kindly agreed to participate in the discussion.
