Master Class - Assessing the Capacity of My Organisation with Dr John Brothers
How can we as heads of organisations, be sure that our organisations are working most effectively? If we suspect that the organisation is not working effectively at full capacity, with a fully engaged staff team, how can we best intervene to support the development of the team and organisation?
This Master Class will include:
- a case study review
- an explanation of the lifecycle of a third sector organisation
- discussion centred around a number of tools and approaches for assessing organisational capacity
This Master class is open to all Chief Officers and senior staff. It would particularly benefit those newly in post as leaders of organisations; those planning or leading an organisational or departmental review and those who are starting a process to improve quality and effectiveness in your organisation.
All participants will also receive a free copy of The CO3 Guide to Managing Change.
