The Work and Families NI Act 2015 received Royal Assent on 8 January 2015 and is currently progressing through the Northern Ireland Assembly Subject to the Assembly process parents of children due to be born, or placed for adoption, on or after 5th April 2015, who meet qualifying conditions will be able to access shared parental leave and pay in their child’s first year.

Format of the Event:

During this two-hour breakfast session, speakers Janet Kerrigan, Director, Willis Consulting and Bridgeen Mullin, HR Consultant, Willis Consulting, will talk us through the key changes to be aware of if you have an employee/s who may be eligible for shared parental leave and/or pay as part of the Work and Families NI Act 2015.
