The Power of Brain Trusts

Tuesday, November 27, 2018 - 14:00 to 16:00
CO3 offices, 34 Shaftesbury Square, Belfast, BT2 7DB

Almost all nonprofit leaders will encounter difficult projects or dilemmas. Luckily, Northern Ireland has the brain power to help them. A Brain Trust is a highly structured 90-minute brainstorm with a diverse range of area’s best thinkers, who offer constructive feedback and advice regarding a specific issue a fellow leader is facing in the workplace.  Come learn about the power of Brain Trusts – how to lead them, who should be in the room and how they are facilitated.

Our facilitator, Dr. John Brothers, has implemented and led Brain Trusts throughout the world and found that these brief, high-intensity sessions connecting leaders with other talented professionals often yield sophisticated plans of action, and a platform for longer term relationships.

Time: 14:00 - 16:00
