Reporting a Serious Incident. How do you determine when a serious incident needs to be reported to the Charity Commission?

The Charity Commission for Northern Ireland has statutory objectives to ensure trustees comply with their legal obligations in managing charities, and to increase public trust and confidence in charities. They have recently concluded their consultation on the reporting of a serious incident and will provide guidance to Trustless on when and where they should report serious incidents.  The session will cover:

How to raise and concern &

How the Commission deals with concerns.
