Risk Management Refresher Session

Risk Management Refresher Session
Friday, September 22, 2017 - 11:00 to 13:00
Marsh Offices, Bedford House, 16-22 Bedford Street, Belfast, BT2 7FD

Most Third Sector organisations have established a risk management system that provides visibility over significant risks to the organisation and provides a framework for strategic planning and decision making.  Leading organisations recognise the need to continuously advance their risk management practices in order to enhance overall operational performance and realise the benefits of time and effort invested in risk management activities. It is a constant challenge to achieve the optimum balance of embedding risk management and driving continuous improvement. Ultimately the measure of an effective risk management system must be the extent to which it enables the organisation to meet its strategic objectives.

This morning session offers some insight into current trends on documenting risk information, risk reporting and performance evaluation of the risk management system.  As part of the session Marsh will demonstrate its current risk management toolkit developed in partnership with Ecclesiastical Insurance.

Date: Friday 22 September

Time: 11am - 1pm* (lunch to be served)

*Delegates are encouraged to stay on for lunch and to trial the toolkit.
