Succession Planning for the Third Sector
This workshop will be particularly useful if you want a safe place to start thinking about succession. It will allow you to connect with peers to learn how they are considering approaching succession.
A change at the top of an organisation can slow operational effectiveness and be difficult for staff and board. However with advance preparation the impact of such a change can be minimised.
As you may know 43% of CO3 members have indicated they will be leaving their posts over the next 3-5 years. Whether you are considering leaving or retiring from your organisation now or at some point in the future then this workshop will guide you through a checklist of issues to consider when planning for succession. This workshop will be particularly useful if you want a safe place to start thinking about succession. It will allow you to connect with peers to learn how they are considering approaching succession.
If there is interest amongst members, CO3 will support an action learning set of members who want to continue to connect with their peers as they plan for succession.
