As part of CO3’s commitment to succession planning, CO3 is facilitating an action learning network for members of Senior Management Teams (SMT). This is the third year that CO3 has brought together a network of senior management, with expert facilitator, Roger Courtney, the success of which being reflected in some of the feedback that we received:
CO3 continues to support leaders of organisations who are facing very difficult times with increased uncertainty and reduced funding. CO3, with support from Lloyds TSB Foundation for NI, has develop a series “Leading in Tough times” which will consider some of the key areas of concern given this climate. The aim of the series is allow leaders to join together and refresh their thinking on some of the strategic and practical tools to help them lead their organisation into the future.
