Employee Engagement continues to attract the attention of governments, academics and organisations. The evidence linking high levels of employee engagement with more positive results against tangible business performance measures reinforces than we can't afford to ignore engagement.

So, what exactly is employee engagement and how do you achieve it?

Achieving Change Together

Collaboration NI will be running a 2 day (21 and 25 January) inward study visit as part of an overall strategy to engage more people from the black and minority ethnic sector in public life in Northern Ireland.

CO3 AGM and Festive Drinks

On Wednesday 11th December, members attended CO3's AGM and were delighted to hear from guest speaker, John Keanie, Comissioner for Public Appointments in Northern Ireland.

CO3 members, Dave Murphy, CEO Relate NI & Dolores Finnery, CEO Caring Breaks, also spoke at the AGM to provide insight into CO3's Mentoring Progamme and Senior Fellowship Programme.

Collaboration NI offers an Executive Career Guidance service which supports Chief Executive and Senior Managers whose position may be affected as the result of a merger. The service can include a mix of legal advice, career coaching and counselling. As part of this service Collaboration NI is delighted to be hosting an event which will help individuals to prepare in the right way for your next competency based interview.
