Discussions around the reform of local government in Northern Ireland are currently very topical. Under the Review of Public Administration (RPA) the 26 Northern Ireland Councils will reduce down to 11 with a transfer of functions from central government to local government, including funding for the voluntary and community sector. However, there is significant uncertainty as to the reality of these reforms on organisational sustainability and survival for those in the Third Sector.
When leaders are faced with implementing change in the workplace they are looking at a tough job. Employees can become distracted, confused, angry, stressed-out, not to mention afraid for their jobs, all of which can result in lowered morale and decreased performance.
This one day workshop is designed to train managers on the essential skills needed to facilitate and lead through the change process.
