Relate NI Seeking Four New Board Members

Relate NI is interested in hearing from people who want to help, are willing to dedicate time and energy to the cause and to our people and who share our passion for the Charity to grow.

We are aiming to recruit up to four new Board members with a diverse set of backgrounds, skills and experiences to enable us to be the best we can be.

Awards to Celebrate the Power of Doing Good

Northern Ireland’s thriving charitable sector is proof that strong, innovative leadership is the key to success, according to Nora Smith, chief executive of CO3 which represents Third Sector bosses.

Ms Smith was speaking at the launch of CO3’s annual awards: the only one of its kind to celebrate the work and achievement of Northern Ireland’s charities.

Inaugural CO3 Annual Member Lunch a Huge Success

On Thursday 7 September CO3 held the inaugural Annual Member Lunch at the Irish Football Association (IFA) Football Stadium.

The lunch was kindly co-sponsored by Cunningham Coates Stockbrokers and Edwards &Co. Solicitors with the theme of the event being aptly focussed on ‘change’.

CO3 Members Meet with Secretary of State, James Brokenshire

On Thursday 24 August CO3 facilitated a roundtable with  Secretary of State, James Brokenshire.  The purpose of the roundtable was to discuss the impact of the current political crisis on the Third Sector.

At the meeting a range of issues and challenges were discussed with the 3rd Sector Index findings from Q2 being referenced several times.
