Nora Smith - Chief Executive
Nora became Chief Executive of CO3 in March 2014. With over 500 members and operating for over 30 years, CO3 is a mature and strategic organisation, which ensures that CO3 members remain at the centre of its work. CO3 provides much needed support, advice, information and development opportunities for Voluntary and Community and Social Enterprise leaders in NI.
In her previous role as a Consultant with an IT based company, Nora worked with international businesses to implement a Human Resource Management system.
Nora previously worked as the Director of Policy, Operations and Human Resources with Employers For Childcare Charitable Group for four years. As a member of the Senior Management Team, she developed strong links within the private, public, community and voluntary sectors, and with a range of social enterprises.On a personal basis Nora is interested in cycling, yoga, walking, jogging, reading and cats!
Tracey McCreanor - Corporate Services Manager
Tracey McCreanor is Corporate Services Manager for CO3. Tracey is our longest serving member of staff, having worked with CO3 for over 10 years, previously working for NI Chest, Heart and Stroke and in the private sector. During her time at CO3 she has become a qualified Management Accountant and also holds a degree in Management Science and a MSc in Computer Science and Applications.
To play an integral role in the business development services of CO3 services, raising funds for CO3 from a variety of sources.
Sarah Boyd - Marketing & Communications Officer
Sarah is our Marketing and Communications Officer and has responsibility for organising training events as well as general office administration. Sarah's multiple talents also include graphic design and all things digital as she has recently completed a Professional Diploma in Digital Marketing.
Sarah has a Master's Degree in Museum Studies and Cultural Heritage and has a keen interest in the Arts sector, working as a casual assistant for Ards Arts Centre. Sarah has also worked as a volunteer at the MAC and for the National Trust at Mount Stewart.
Rachel Cooley - Project Assistant
Rachel is a part-time Project Assistant, assisting in managing the Chief Executive’s diary, correspondence and organising meetings as well as supporting the team with administration and events.
Rachel also works on a freelance basis providing administrative solutions. Rachel has a Bsc Hons in Psychology and has worked as a PA / Finance Administrator for 9 years.
Previously she worked as a researcher in the field of Foreign Direct Investment.
